Ascending While Descending Lick
This is a really cool lick that ascends on one string, while descending on another. I got this lick from the Zac Brown Band song “The Wind”, and it’s actually the fiddle playing it as they resolve the solo back into the bridge. This lick will work great in any key when you go from the 5 chord back to the 1 chord. Check out my “Mastering The Fret Board” to learn the “thinking process” behind it and every other lick as well!
