Country Rhythm Guitar Lesson – Shuffle Patterns

video
play-rounded-fill

This guitar lesson is an excerpt from my “Country Rhythm Guitar” 5 disc set instructional video course. It’s available in the DVD, download, and in the members section, for the purpose of teaching you how to play country rhythm guitar grooves to just about any song you want to learn. This segment demonstrates a couple of patterns you can use to play over a “shuffle” groove. This is another single note line idea, and I teach a few more in the course such as fiddle and piano rhythm comps, as well as double stop and other patterns too. The “Country Rhythm Guitar” course covers many patterns over many grooves, like the train beat, half time Waylon and Haggard style grooves, boogies, shuffles, swing and western swing, cha cha, slow ballads, the waltz and much more.
