Chicken Pickin Pedal Steel Style Lick
Here’s a country guitar “Pedal Steel” style lick. This lick is from the “Folsom Blues Solo Ideas” Course. It’s a really cool sounding lick that can be played with many variations. I included jam tracks with the DVD, and one is a rock style groove that I played the same 35 or more licks that I played to the Folsom progression. The licks sound totally different because I had to play them with a different feel and syncopation. This gives you an idea of the endless possibilities you can use to come up with licks of your own.
