The Fireman Guitar Solo – By George Strait
Here’s the guitar rhythm pattern and the solo that Reggie Young played on George Strait’s classic hit “The Fireman”. I really like the way he syncopated this solo. I’ve played this song since it hit the charts years ago, but have never taken the time to work up the solo the Reggie played. I’m very glad I finally did, because it gave me some ideas to slip into other licks as well. Hope you enjoy it!
