Here’s a sweet sounding guitar lick that ascends down the neck using open strings. The idea behind the lick to go down a harmonized 2 note scale while incorporating the open strings with it. The lick is in E, so the open E and B strings are part of the E scale, so they sound fine no matter which interval your playing.
