Here’s a few warm up exercises you can do to help loosen up your finger and arm muscles and tendons before you begin to play your guitar. I can’t stress enough how important these exercises are. I developed a serious case of tendinitis many years ago in a matter of 15 minutes of playing, all because I didn’t stretch before trying to play some fast licks. It took me 2 years to recover. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
