And I want you remain a loyal customer and purchase other product’s in the future. So I am offering you an exclusive 30 day money back guarantee. If your not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you have 30 days to send it back for a *full refund minus the shipping costs.

Every now and again there’s a dishonest person out there that wants to take advantage of someone’s generosity and will purchase a DVD, download on their computer and send it back for a refund. I sincerely ask that you don’t. Please. I am offering an honest product here and have bills to pay like everyone else.

No refund is offered on any product that is purchased as a “Download”.

As stated above, if your not satisfied with your instructional “hard copy” DVD, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued if the returned merchandise is in new condition. If there are any signs of misuse or scratches on the disc’s or box, a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. If the product is returned unusable due to neglect, no refund will be issued.
