Do You Ship World Wide?

Yes!

All orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. International orders are shipped using USPS First Class, unless you select priority when placing your order.

Please note that international first class shipping can take two weeks or more to arrive, and tracking is only available on packages that are shipping using Priority mail service.

Do I Need To Live In US To Be A Member?

Absolutely Not!

All you need is an internet connection, a computer or mobile device, and your guitar! We have members from all over the world here including Sweden, Australia, Germany, France, Canada, the UK, and too many more counties to list!

What Format Are Your DVD's and Download Lessons?

The DVD’s are formatted in the NTSC codec.

If you live in a country that uses the PAL format, it’s my understanding that converter units are readily available. The DOWNLOAD versions are formatted in the h.264 MP4 codec, which is today’s standard. These videos will play on all devices, although you may need to download an app for some mobile devices.

Are the DVD's and Downloads The Same Content?

Yes.

The Download versions contain the exact content as the DVD versions. The only difference is that I broke the download video into smaller 5 to 10 minute long segments, so you can easily find a particular part of the lesson.

The CD disc that’s included with most DVD’s, is a DATA disc that contains the tablature, jam tracks, and some include slow-down software.

The “song” lesson DVD’s contain the data within the disc, and you will need to insert them in your computer to access the tabs, which you can then print out. The same applies to the CD’s.

What's The Best Video Lesson To Get Started?

I strongly recommend that everyone should start out by studying the “Beginner/Intermediate Lead Course”. Even if you are an experienced player, I am quite confident that you discover some new techniques, scales and other “ideas” as I like to call them, that will help you tremendously to improve your playing skills.

I'm Having Trouble Downloading My Lessons

Some of the download lessons are contained in pretty large folders, up to 1.5 gigs, so it could take a while to download.

Most of the customers I hear from having trouble are using a wireless satellite connection, which is shared with 1500 or more other users. If so, try downloading late in the evening when most of the internet traffic slows down. How Many Times Can I download My Lesson?

The download lessons are set to allow you 7 download attempts per lesson, and will also expire after 72 hour.

If you run into trouble with your download process and the link(s) expire before you get them completely downloaded, just shoot me an email and I’ll be happy to reset them for you.

Can I pay With A Check Or Money Order?

Absolutely!

I receive many orders via mail. Just go to the DVD or Download store, and total up the amount for the lessons you want to order. If you’d like the DVD’s, be sure place them in the shopping cart so you can see what the shipping amount is. The cart will also tell you the total amount due.

Please send me an email via the contact link to let know that you sent a mail order, and let me know what you ordered along with your shipping address. Sometimes I have a hard time reading some folks hand writing, if you just write a note with your check.

Orders will be processed once the funds have cleared.

How Much Does A Membership Cost?

There are 2 options, monthly, and every 6 months. Subscriptions are automatically billed at the end of each term.

Monthly – Only $14.95

Every 6 Months – Only $69.95

You’ll pay 40 dollars or more PER HOUR with a private teacher and chances are you’ll have to go back and pay for another lesson or two to review what you missed out on the first. This is a very inexpensive way to take guitar lessons. You can review each lesson as many times as you need until you’ve mastered it.

Will I Be Charged Automatically?

Yes.

For your convenience, your credit card will automatically be charged once per month to keep your membership active. If you decide you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time using one of 3 methods.

1. After you have logged in, click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the website. Select the My Subscriptions link from the list of options of the left, and click on the “Cancel” link.

2. If you signed up using a Paypal account, you can alternatively login to your Paypal account and follow the instructions there, but it’s easier to use the method above.

3. I really prefer that you use options above, but if you need help you can send me email HERE to inform me that you wish to cancel your subscription. The issue I’m having with this option is that some customers have claimed that they have sent me an email wanting to cancel their subscription, but it wasn’t, so they are now upset. I don’t know if they misspelled their email address or simply forgot to hit the submit button, but I do cancel every request within 48 hours of receiving an email. So please use the above options if at all possible. Thank you.

Do You Offer A Money Back Guarantee?

Are The Membership Lessons All Youtube Videos?

No!

While all of the videos that are posted on Youtube are included in the members section, the majority of the video lessons are not Youtube videos, and are only available in the members section.

This includes ALL of the full song lessons. The same lessons available on DVD or download, but you have access all of them monthly for the same price as 1 single download!

New song, lick, and techniques lessons are added each month, so there’s always something new to learn.

I'm Having Trouble Logging In

When you become a member, you will be directed to a new page with your login User Name & default Password, as well as a link to the login web page. You will also receive an email with this information.Your email address is your user name. The default password will start will the letter “I” as in “Indiana”. You can change the default password to whatever you wish once you have logged in. This system will automatically cancel your subscription when your credit card expires or updates. Videos Play Slow And Choppy?

The playback is determined by your internet connection speed. If you are experiencing problems, there are a couple things you can do that can help.

First, most of the videos are set to automatically play in HD. Try turning the setting down on the player and that will help. Next, give the video some time to load before you hit the start button. Approximately 15 to 20 seconds. You should also close any other programs that you have open and running in the background on your computer, such as other browsers ect. Also, try using a different browser.
